The business plans of the company consist of combining elements of a business magnate and a socialite. ​About Angie J - The Founder:
Princess Angie J is an American business proprietor, media personality, actress, author, and Findom Princess. She is the founder of the digital media and online entertainment company formally known as Angie J Socialite, LLC, commonly known as ANGIE J.

​(2010 - 2016)

​​Angie J, early 20s, was born on January 7th in Chicago, Illinois and first began her journey as an actress and content creator at just 10 years old. She had performed in a plethora of live productions in her schools since she was 10 up until she turned 18; including but not limited to, Abiyoyo (at 10 years old), South Pacific  (at 12 years old), Beauty and the Beast  (at 14 years old), The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940  (at 16 years old), etc.

​In 2010, she started creating online content using her then blog, www.angiej.com, that was originally started as a class project in elementary school and has now been revolutionized into the official ANGIE J website. 

Angie J has been sporadically producing online media for over half a decade and then consistently creating content for the other half as the earlier years were primarily spent on preparation to attend a university. She wanted to earn a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science in Psychology after finding enjoyment in studying Social Science due to earning college credit from her AP Psychology and AP Microeconomics courses in high school.

Unfortunately though, the enjoyment Angie found in the subject was not enough to truly convince her to dedicate her life to Social Science or pursue a career surrounding it. The reality of being catapulted into college life was finally taking its toll on her in 2016 because although she loved Psychology, that was not where her heart was. ​(2017 - 2022)

Despite the disapproval of some of her teachers who believed she was "wasting her potential" on Theatre as a high achieving academic student who earned straight A's for most of her life, Angie J wanted to attend the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University or Columbia College Chicago for her Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre. However, financial stressors, lack of time, and scarce resources quickly ended her plans to attend a performance arts school.

Then, in 2017, with all of her previous plans up in smoke and her dreams floating in the wind, Angie grew a passion for nail technology after watching videos about nail education for beginners on YouTube. She had to baby-sit for four consecutive years in order to help her family financially and so she could save enough money in order to attend a cosmetology school for Nail Technology; earn her certification; and start her own business as a manicurist. She studied at home and by her third year of baby-sitting, she had saved enough money for her education.

In 2020, Angie J applied for nail school and was accepted but never made it to her first day of class as lockdown for the pandemic began 24 hours before her first official day of beauty school.

After being trapped in her home for over a year she no longer felt that she absolutely needed to attend nail school because all throughout 2017 to 2020, while preparing to dedicate her life to nail technology, she had been discreetly exploring the possibility of growing her presence online through social media and learning ways of earning money as a media personality.

In 2021, she decided she was going to make things official, transform her small blog www.angiej.com, and build an online entertainment company using her business knowledge that she gained while preparing to start her career as a manicurist.

On February 7, 2022, all of those past ideas Angie J originally had for finding success, creating online content in 2010, pursuing Theatre all her life, starting her own company since 2017, and making her family proud combined together into one; legally becoming Angie J Socialite, LLC. Angie J Socialite, LLC, commonly known as ANGIE J, is an American digital media company founded in 2010 by Princess Angie J in Chicago, Illinois. It was just a small blog, angiej.com, when Princess was 12 years old; but it began to morph into a thriving business when she was inspired to own a company and be the first public figure in her family.

​ANGIE J was founded by Angie J in 2010 and a large part of her immense vision for the company has always included the idea of blending elements of a business magnate and a socialite into a single entity. An obviously quite ambitious goal that, while sounding plain when explained, proved to be an entirely much more distressing and taxing endeavor as the enterprise began to form and started to expand into a legitimized business.

The deep-rooted want to succeed was embedded in her very being. But over time, as the company changed and grew, she would spiral into madness daily and undoubtedly lost herself in an attempt to catch a seemingly uncatchable dream.
